Is there a smoking area in the facility?

Smoking is completely prohibited in each building. You can smoke on the terrace of each building.

Do you have an internet connection?

Each building is equipped with its own Wi-Fi.

What amenities are available?

Bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, razor, brush, slippers, cotton set, lotion, etc. are available for the number of guests in each building.

Please tell me about the facilities including kitchens in each building.

Each building has a full kitchen with 3 IHs, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso, a rice cooker (No. 5.5 cooker), a tabletop IH, a clay pot, tableware, and a cutlery set.

Do you have nightgowns?

I'm sorry, but we don't have clothes available.

About accommodation

How do I check in and out?

Basically, it is a self-check-in check-out. We will send you an explanation by e-mail a few days before your stay.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is after 3 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m.

Is there an open-air bath in each building?

Each building is equipped with a semi-open-air bath, an open-air bath in the forest bath, and a thermal pool using hot springs in the pool. For details, please check the Room on the website.

How many people can stay at the maximum?

Each building has a maximum capacity of 10 people.

How do you prepare bedding?

・1 to 6 people share a bedroom bed for the number of people.
・7 to 8 people share 1 sofa bed.
・9 to 10 people share 1 futon set.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Unfortunately, we do not accept it.

Is there a building where I can smoke?

Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms in all buildings (including electronic cigarettes) Customers who smoke can smoke outside each building on the terrace.

What is the cancellation policy.

<Cancellation fee exemption guidelines>
Examples of exemptions in the event of a natural disaster.
On the day of your stay, all public transportation (airplanes, trains, expressways, ordinary roads, and seas) including the main road to the hotel will be disrupted, and you will not be able to visit the hotel, or you will be exempted from the cancellation fee only if it is determined that you cannot visit the hotel.

Do you provide meals?

The hotel is basically overnight without meals, but depending on the plan, catered meals (dinner only) can be prepared.

Can I bring my own ingredients for cooking?

Each building is equipped with a full kitchen. Please enjoy the food to your liking.

About hot springs

What are the benefits of hot springs?

It is effective for fatigue recovery, muscle pain, neuralgia, rheumatism, low back pain, bruises and sprains, frozen shoulder, health promotion, skin disease recovery, heat rash, rough skin, etc. The analysis report is also posted on the Onsen website, so please check it.

Is there a hot spring in each building?

Each building is equipped with a semi-open-air bath with hot spring water, and you can adjust the amount and temperature of the hot water as you like.

Is there a time when you can use the hot springs?

You can use it 24 hours a day.

Barrier-free support

Do you have barrier-free rooms?

There are rooms that conform to barrier-free rooms, but there are no completely barrier-free types. The pool building is a one-story type room without stairs.

Reservations for Children/Infants

Do you have a price for children?

Preschool children under 6 years old are free of charge (co-sleeping). Elementary school students and older will be charged the adult rate.

Can I rent a crib for an infant?

Yes. Bed-in-bed type (0-1 year old) can be rented by reservation. We can also lend baby dining chairs, baby baths, and baby tableware.

Reservations for pets

Is it possible to stay in all buildings?

Only the garden building allows pets to stay.

Is there an additional charge for pets?

Yes. For details, please check the plans of each accommodation site.

What are the rules for pets?

Please check the garden of the room on the website. Details are described there.

Can I walk my dog on the premises other than the garden?

No, we do not accept your request. Please use it only in the garden room or at the attached dog park.

Are pets allowed in the bedroom?

Pets are not allowed on the bedroom bed.

What are the rental facilities for pets?

Circles, bowls, pet baths, toilet trays, toilet seats, and odor-proof trash cans are available upon reservation.

Can I pay locally?

I'm sorry. This facility only accepts basic online advance payment. If you have no choice but to make a bank transfer or QR payment, please contact us.

Is there a staff member on hand during my stay?

We are not on duty except for some hours, but we have a system that is available 24 hours a day in case of emergency.

Are there any supermarkets, convenience stores, or banks nearby?

It is located within a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk.

I'm going to drive there in the winter. Do I need studless tires (winter tires)?

In winter, the temperature often drops below freezing in the morning and evening, and snow may fall. Since chain restrictions may apply, we recommend that you carry a chain or wear studless tires.

Do you have a pick-up service?

No, we don't. We recommend taking a taxi (5 minutes by car) or renting a car from the station.
